3-stage oil-water-emulsion separating system :

  • Coarse separation stage by gravity

  • Coalescence stage, separates finest oil droplets from water.

  • Emulsion breaking stage by special infused filter with hydrophobic surface.

  • De-oiled and emulsion-free water is discharged overboard after passing a 15ppm alarm (which can also be adjusted to 5 ppm if required).

  • Available  between 0.25 to 5.0 m3/h.

  • Complete in-house development and design.

  • Compact design - pump located on the front of the separator

  • No suction height restriction.

  • No cyclical draining, only if oil is detected.

  • Coalescer is self-cleaned by backwashing when oil is detected.

  • Delivered ready to plug in, with all internal piping and wiring.

OCS- COMPACT - Approved to IMO-Res. MEPC 159 (55)

 

Type-tested and Certified by BG Verkehr for grey and black water treatment according to IMO resolution MEPC 159 (55).

The OCS- COMPACT treatment system is a membrane-based, biological treatment plant designed for installation and operation on ships, available in sizes ranging from 10 to 80 person.

 

Can operate with both gravity and vacuum toilet systems.

Separate collection tank is superfluous; can be equipped with same, if required.

 

The OCS- COMPACT treatment system is a three-stage plant consisting of collecting tank, mixing and sludge return tank and membrane tank
