Hydrox 21

Hydrox 21 is a high-quality, water-displacing lubricant developed for emergency gearboxes in stern tubes and other water-prone systems. It is particularly useful in emergency conditions where water ingress has occurred, helping to restore equipment functionality until permanent repairs can be carried out. This oil features excellent demulsification, corrosion resistance, and metal adhesion properties, making it an ideal emergency standby lubricant.

• Viscosity @ 40°C: 95 cSt

• Pour Point: -9°C

• Flash Point (COC): >200°C

• Application: Emergency use in stern tube and gear systems with water ingress

Hydrox BIO 150

Hydrox BIO 150 offers all the benefits of Hydrox BIO 100 with a higher viscosity for systems requiring enhanced film strength and load-carrying capacity. Ideal for larger or slower-moving marine components that operate under heavy load, this lubricant maintains performance while being fully VGP-compliant.

• Application: Heavily loaded stern tubes and gear systems

Hydrox BIO 220

Hydrox BIO 220 is the highest viscosity grade in the Hydrox BIO range, providing superior lubrication in large and heavily loaded stern tube systems. It is specifically designed for use in harsh marine environments where extra film strength and water resistance are needed.

• Biodegradability: >60%

• Application: Large, slow-speed, high-load stern tubes and thrusters

Hydrox 550

5. Hydrox 550 is Mineral-based stern tube lubricant, A reliable, non-EAL mineral oil for conventional stern tube systems where EAL compliance is not mandatory. It provides excellent resistance to water ingress and long service life.

Use: Older vessels and applications not bound by VGP/EAL requirements.

Vickers EP2 Grease

Vickers EP2 is a high-performance, multi-purpose grease formulated with extreme pressure (EP) additives for heavy-duty applications. It offers excellent water resistance, corrosion protection, and mechanical stability, making it suitable for marine bearings, deck equipment, and general onboard applications.

• NLGI Grade: 2

• Base Oil Viscosity @ 40°C: ~150 cSt

• Operating Temperature Range: -20°C to +130°C

• Application: Marine deck machinery, winches, rudder stocks, and greased stern tubes
